My name is Anoo Bhuyan. I am a journalist from Bangalore, based in New Delhi.

I cover health-policy at The Wire.

Before this, I worked at Outlook MagazineBBC News and National Public Radio.

I have multi-media experience working with print (newspaper, magazine), television, radio, photography and web. I have worked with Indian and international organisations, reporting from India and abroad.

I received a scholarship to do my Masters degree in conflict and development studies, from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

I am interested in the cross-section of mainstream media and social change.
